Maple Glazed Ham
--light brown sugar
Combine the pure maple syrup, brown sugar, and Dijon mustard. Stir until combined and heated through.
Place the ham in aluminum foil. Spoon half the glaze on the ham and cover with the foil. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
After the hour, remove the foil, spoon remaining glaze on the ham. Bake an additional 15 minutes to heat and caramelize the ham.
One cooked through, remove the ham from the oven. Let rest about 15 minutes and serve with your favorite sides.
