  • Preheat the grill to 425 degrees. Divide the pesto sauce onto each chicken breasts, both sides. 
  • Reduce heat to medium, about 350 degrees and place chicken on the grill. Cook about 5-6 minutes per side. Internal temperature of the chicken should be 165 degrees.
  • Let chicken rest about 5 minute so juices set. Slice and serve

Notes

Note 1: Trim the chicken breasts of any excess fat.
Note 2: My pesto is easy and delicious! Lower in fat and calories as there are no nuts in this recipe! Store made pesto can be used! Nutritional info will need to be adjusted.
