In a small saucepan over medium heat add olive oil till warm.
Stir in onions and peaches. Saute for about 3 minutes to sweat the onions and peaches will soften,
Add in minced garlic and stir for another minute.
Pour in ketchup, brown sugar, brown mustard, paprika, chili powder, and black pepper.
Let simmer, stirring occasionally for about 10 minutes.
Check seasoning and add salt, to taste.
Adjust any other seasonings, if needed.
Use an immersion blender to blend all ingredients until smooth. If you prefer chunkier BBQ sauce, leave some pieces whole.
Continue to simmer another 5 minutes. Baste your pork ribs with the sauce. Use extra to serve with the pork ribs.
