Ingredients

  • 1 pound broccoli crowns cut into bite size pieces
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat over to 425 degrees.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cut up broccoli, garlic, and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
  • Place on a shallow sheet pan and roast for 10 minutes.
  • Broccoli should be tender. Serve and enjoy!
