Preheat oven to 350°F/ 177°C. Prep a 9" x 13" inch baking dish. Set aside.
Place Oreos in a large bag and use a rolling pin to chop the Oreos into large chunks. Spread half of the chopped Oreos over the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
In a large mixing bowl, mix in all the cake mix, eggs, oil, and milk. Use an electric hand mixer with beaters attached to beat together the ingredients. This will be thick.
Add 1 cup of sprinkles and half of the remaining chopped Oreos to the cake batter. Mix well.
Spread the cake batter on top of the crushed Oreos. Work carefully so that the Oreos don’t move around.
Use the spatula to slowly and carefully spread the batter. Make sure that the batter covers all four corners of the baking pan. Add the remaining chopped Oreos and sprinkles to the top of the cake batter
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes. Check to see if the bars are baked at the 20-minute mark. Insert a toothpick in the center. f it comes out clean the bars are done. Allow the cake to cool in the pan before cutting.
Serve and enjoy.
