Crockpot Sweet and Sour Chicken is an easy set and forget recipe. Simple ingredients go right into the slow cooker. The chicken is tender and the sauce is full of peppers and a balance of sweet and sour.
1 (20)ounce can, pineapple tidbits in juice, drained
Instructions
Place all ingredients into your slow cooker. Stir well to mix.
Cook on high for 4 hours, or low for 6 to 8 hours. Every slow cooker is different, the internal temperature of the chicken should be 165°F/74°C when cooked through.
Serve over white rice, brown rice, or quinoa.
