  • 1 ready-made pie crust or homemade pie crust

Filling

Topping

  • ½ cup diced Twix candy
  • chocolate topping

Instructions

Prepare the filling

  • Preheat oven to 375°F/191°C. Have a 9-inch prepared pie crust (unbaked) ready, and set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl add your apples, lemon juice, sugar, and flour. Toss to combine.
  • Add the diced Twix candy to the sliced apples and toss to combine.
  • Place the apples/ Twix mixture in the prepared pie shell. Set aside.

Prepare the crumble

  • In a large bowl add the cold unsalted butter, all-purpose flour, packed brown sugar, and salt. Using a party cutter mix to combine. Note 1
  • Top the pie with crumb topping.
  • Bake for 1 hour, the liquid will be bubbling and the apples will be soft and cooked through. Remove from the oven and allow to cool.

Topping

  • Top with diced Twix candy and drizzle chocolate topping on the apple crumble.
  • Ready to serve.

Notes

Note 1: If you do not have a pastry cutter, use a fork.
