Ingredients
¾cuplow-fat buttermilk
¼cuplow-fat sour cream
1avocado, peeled and pitted
2teaspoonslight mayonaise
2Tablespoonswhite blasamic vinegar
2clovesgarlic, chopped
2green onions, chopped
2Tablespoonslemon, juiced
2anchovies fillets in oil, drained & chopped
½cupfresh parsley, chopped
1Tablesponfresh thyme
1Tablespoonfresh tarragon
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
In a blender or food processor, combine the low-fat buttermilk, low-fat sour cream, peeled and pitted avocado, light mayonnaise,white balsamic vinegar, chopped garlic, chopped green onion, lemon juice, chopped anchovy fillets, chopped fresh parsley, fresh thyme, fresh tarragon, salt and pepper to taste. Check seasonings, adjust if needed!
