Add ice to the drink shaker. Then add 1 ounce each of vodka, rum, tequila, gin, and triple sec.
Shake the contents of the shaker for 15 seconds. Then, strain the contents of the shaker into the ice filled glass.
Add the coke to the beverage glass to achieve the tea like color.
Garnish with a lemon slice, if desired and enjoy.
