Use a colander to drain the chickpeas and rinse then rinse them. Pat the beans dry with paper towels.
In a medium sized bowl, mix together the chickpeas, olive oil, salt, garlic powder, and rosemary, and stir until the chickpeas are evenly coated.
Place the chickpeas in the air fryer and cook for 15 minutes or until the chickpeas are crispy and brown. Be sure to stir them halfway through cooking.
Allow the chickpeas to cool completely.
Optional: Sprinkle additional garlic powder and salt over the air fied chickpeas.
