Shopping List:  – extra firm tofu – cornstarch Sesame Ginger Sauce – water – soy sauce – sesame oil – rice wine vinegar – cornstarch – garlic – ginger – Sriracha or Chili Paste

          Coat the tofu in               cornstarch


While the tofu is cooking, make the sauce. 

Combine soy sauce, sesame oil, rice wine vinegar, cornstarch, ginger, garlic, and Sriracha together in a saucepan for about 5 minutes.
