INGREDIENTS

 

     Crispy, crunchy and     oh so   cheesy!!!

 

Step 1: Mix together the Panko breadcrumbs, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.

 

Step 2:  Place a Medallion into the egg wash and make sure it is fully coated on each side. 

 

Step 3:  Place the Medallion into the Panko breadcrumbs and coat both sides.

 

Step 4:  Transfer your medallions to the air fryer. 

 

Step 5: Set your air fryer to 390° For five minutes. Flip them over and spray them again with a non-stick spray. Cook another 2-3 minutes. They should be crispy and brown.
