Crispy, crunchy and oh so cheesy!!!
Mix together the Panko breadcrumbs, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.
Place a Medallion into the egg wash and make sure it is fully coated on each side.
Place the Medallion into the Panko breadcrumbs and coat both sides.
Transfer your medallions to the air fryer.
Set your air fryer to 390° For five minutes. Flip them over and spray them again with a non-stick spray. Cook another 2-3 minutes. They should be crispy and brown.
