Coconut Macaroon       Nest Cookies

--all-purpose flour --white sugar --egg --vanilla extract --salt --white chocolate --candy eggs

Step 1: 

In a medium bowl, stir together the coconut, sugar, flour, and salt.

Step 2: 

In a separate bowl, whisk together egg white and vanilla extract. 

Scoop 2-inch balls of dough and place on a parchment lined baking tray.

Step 3:

Use a teaspoon to make a well in each coconut ball. 

Step 5: 

Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes, until the cookies begin to brown. 

Step 6: 

Fill the well of the cookie with melted white chocolate. 

Step 7: 

Place three candy eggs in each cookie.
