Foil wrapped salmon can be either baked or grilled resulting in the most tender salmon that is super flavorful and mouthwateringly delicious. Use your imagination with herbs and citrus for various flavors.
Place half the herbs and lemon slices on the foil.
Rub both sides of the salmon with the olive oil.
Season both sides of the salmon with the Seasoning Salt. Place the salmon on the foil
Top with the remaining herb and lemon slices.
Fold the foil closed on the salmon. Be sure to completely close the foil.
Place the salmon on the grill or in the oven. If using the oven, place the salmon on a baking sheet in the oven.
Cook the fish for about 10-15 minutes. The fish is cooked completely when the internal temperature is 145°F.
Once cooked, remove from the foil. Optional garnish, additional lemon wedges, and chopped parsley.
Seasoning
In a small bowl, whisk together the seasonings; garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Set aside until ready to sprinkle on the salmon.

Leftover salmon should be kept in a covered airtight container.
Heat the leftovers in the microwave following manufacturer's instructions.
Leftovers can also be heated in a saute pan over low heat. Spray the pan with non-stick pan before adding the salmon.
