Ingredients

  • 2 ounces Gin                
  • 1 ounce dry vermouth
  • 6 dashes orange bitters

Instructions

  • Place a bit of ice in a mixing jar or shaker.
  • Dash the bitters in first and follow it with the gin and vermouth.
  •  Stir and strain into a glass.
  •  Garnish with olives if desired and enjoy!

Notes

Tips:
 You don’t want to shake this drink. You can mix the drink inside your shaker for convenience, but you don’t want to shake it. This is the kind of drink you’ll want to stir.
You can add an ounce of olive juice to make it a dirty martini.
To keep your drink colder, longer, chill the glasses for about 30 minutes before use. Remember, this is served without ice, but is stirred with ice beforehand. This means the drink will be cold when poured, but won’t stay that way.
