In a small mixing bowl, combine all ingredients, chili powder, ground cumin, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Use immediately or store in a covered airtight container for up to one year.

Tips:
If you prefer a lot of spice, add ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper to the seasoning mix.
Want a sweeter seasoning, add a teaspoon of sugar.
Add an extra Tablespoon of chili powder if you prefer a bold flavor.
