Funfetti Valentine's Day Fudge

Enjoy easy homemade funfetti fudge to celebrate all the special people in your life. Use festive sprinkles in the white chocolate fudge.

  • Line a 8"x8" square pan with parchment paper.
  • In a medium size sauce pan over medium heat, add white chocolate chips, milk, and butter. Stir mixture until melted.
  • Stir in the pure vanilla extract.
  • Gently fold in 1 ¼ cups of Valentine’s Sprinkles into the fudge. Pour the fudge into the baking dish and sprinkle the remaining sprinkles on top.
  • Pour the fudge into the prepared baking dish and sprinkle the remaining sprinkles on top of the fudge.
  • Gently push the sprinkles into the fudge to allow it to harden into the fudge.
  • Allow the fudge to harden overnight before cutting the fudge into 2-inch squares. Serve and enjoy.
