    • sweetened condensed milk
    • salted butter
    • vanilla extract
    • Valentine's Day Sprinkles

    Equipment

    • 8" x 8" square baking pan
    • Medium Saucepan
    • Wooden Spoon
    • Parchment Paper

    Instructions

    1. Line an 8"x 8" square pan with parchment paper.
    2. In a medium-size saucepan over medium heat, add white chocolate chips, milk, and butter. Stir the mixture until melted.
    3. Stir in the pure vanilla extract.
    4. Gently fold in 1 ¼ cups of Valentine’s Sprinkles into the fudge Pour the fudge into the baking dish and sprinkle the remaining sprinkles on top.
    5. Pour the fudge into the prepared baking dish and sprinkle the remaining sprinkles on top of the fudge.
    6. Gently push the sprinkles into the fudge to allow it to harden into the fudge.
    7. Allow the fudge to harden overnight in the refrigerator before cutting into 2-inch squares.

    This fudge can be stored on the countertop in a covered airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.

    Refrigerator: For longer storage, keep the fudge in an airtight covered container in the refrigerator for two weeks in the fridge.

    Freezer: The fudge can be frozen for up to 3 months in a freezer safe container.

    Defrost in the refrigerator overnight.
