In a large mixing bowl, combine the beef, kosher salt, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
Press the beef into a single layer in the bottom of a 9" x 13" pan.
Bake for 18-20 minutes or until the beef is cooked through.
Remove the beef from the pan. Drain and discard any excess grease. Set cooked beef aside.
How to prepare the sliders
Slice the sliders in half horizontally and place the bottom portion of the bun on a sheet pan.
Place the beef on top and add the cheddar cheese on top of the beef.
Place the top portion of the buns on the cheddar cheese.
If you want the sliders to have the classic cheeseburger look, brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle over sesame seeds. ( Optional)
Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the buns are crisp. Remove from the oven and slice into sliders
Serve with garlic ketchup (recipe below).
Garlic Ketchup
In a small bowl, combine together the ketchup, sweet chili sauce, grated garlic, and julienned basil.
Store in an air tight covered container in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
