Costco Chicken Bake

  • 13.8 ounce tube refrigerated pizza dough
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, chopped or diced
  • 10 slices cooked bacon, chopped
  • 2 cups Italian blended shredded cheese, divided into 1 ½ and ½ cups
  • 1 ¼ cup Caesar salad dressing, divided   into 1 and ¼ cups
  • non-stick baking spray

Instructions

  • Preheat to 400°F. Place a piece of aluminum foil on a large baking sheet. Spray the foil with non-stick baking spray. Set aside.
  • Divide the pizza dough into 4 equal pieces. Lightly stretch each rectangle to roughly 5x7-inch (does not need to be perfect.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine and mix well, the cooked diced chicken, cooked chopped bacon, 1 ½ cups of Italian cheese, and 1 cup of Cesar dressing.
  • Spoon ¼ of the mixture onto each dough rectangle.
  • Starting with the long side closest to you, roll one of the doughs up tightly into a log. Pinch the seam and the ends closed folding under any excess at the ends. Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Repeat this process with the other three pieces of dough.
  • Brush the top and sides of each chicken bake with the rest of the Caesar dressing.
  • Sprinkle the remaining ½ cup of Italian blend cheese evenly over the tops of the dough.
  • Bake 15-20 minutes, until golden-brown.
  • Serve and enjoy

Notes:
  • If you are not a fan of Caesar you can substitute Ranch dressing.
  • I love this with the Italian blend cheese but feel free to use your favorite shredded cheese. You can serve these with extra dressing for dipping.
