- Preheat to 400°F. Place a piece of aluminum foil on a large baking sheet. Spray the foil with non-stick baking spray. Set aside.
- Divide the pizza dough into 4 equal pieces. Lightly stretch each rectangle to roughly 5x7-inch (does not need to be perfect.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine and mix well, the cooked diced chicken, cooked chopped bacon, 1 ½ cups of Italian cheese, and 1 cup of Cesar dressing.
- Spoon ¼ of the mixture onto each dough rectangle.
- Starting with the long side closest to you, roll one of the doughs up tightly into a log. Pinch the seam and the ends closed folding under any excess at the ends. Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Repeat this process with the other three pieces of dough.
