Easy Green Smoothie Recipe

Our easy green smoothie recipe is full of delicious ingredients including vanilla yogurt, kale, spinach, and chia seeds all make for a delicious breakfast smoothie or snack. A great smoothie for meal planning.

Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ cup vanilla fat free yogurt
  • 1 whole avocado halved and pitted
  • 1 cup kale washed if fresh kale
  • 1 cup spinach washed if using fresh spinach
  • 1 kiwi peeled
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • ½ cup ice cubes

Instructions

  • In the base of a blender, add all the ingredients; milk, yogurt, avocado, kale, spinach, kiwi, chia seeds, and ice cube. Blend until smooth.
  • Pour into glasses, serve, and enjoy.
