A delicious Japanese steakhouse-inspired Hibachi Steak and noodles dish featuring tender steak, stir-fried noodles, and a flavorful soy-based sauce. This one-pan meal is quick, satisfying, and perfect for a homemade hibachi night.

Make the marinade in a large mixing bowl, whisk together 1 Tablespoon soy sauce, 1 teaspoon sesame oil, ½ teaspoon minced garlic, and ½ teaspoon ground black pepper.
Add 1 pound thinly sliced sirloin steak to the marinade, toss to coat, and let marinate while preparing the 8 ounces spaghetti.
Cooking the Steak
Heat 1 Tablespoon vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
Add the marinated steak and sear for 2-3 minutes per side, until browned and cooked to your preference.
Remove the steak from the pan and set aside.
Stir-Fry the Noodles
In the same pan, melt 2 Tablespoons unsalted butteradd 2 cloves minced garlic, and cook for 30 seconds until the garlic blooms.
Add cooked spaghetti noodles, 2 Tablespoons soy sauce, 1 Tablespoon oyster sauce, 1 teaspoon granulated sugarand ½ teaspoon minced ginger. Stir-fry for 2 minutes until cooked through.
Combine and Serve
Return the cooked steak to the pan and toss everything together.
Garnish with 2 chopped green onions and 1 teaspoon sesame seeds. Ready to serve.
