Enjoy homemade cocktail sauce, just 4 ingredients and takes about 5 minutes to prepare. Delicious with poached shrimp. dips, baked fish, or try adding to your burgers.
In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine 1 cup ketchup, 3 Tablespoons lemon juice, 1½ Tablespoons prepared horseradish, and 3 dashes Worcestershire Sauce. Optional additions of 1 to 2 dashes hot sauce, and salt and black pepper, to taste. Mix well. Taste and if needed, adjust flavors.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. The longer the better the flavors blend.
Serve with shrimp, baked fish, clams, and oysters.
