In a medium size sauce pan, steep the chamomile in the hot water for 10 minutes. Strain and discard the chamomile flowers.
Add the honey and vanilla extract and stir to combine.
Pour the tea into 4 glasses, until ⅓ of the cup is full. Add ice and top with milk. Stir to combine.
Sprinkle with cinnamon on top.
