Enjoy a light, pillowy orange fluff salad recipe. With just a few ingredients and this mandarin orange and marshmallow salad tosses together quickly. A fantastic blend of sweet and fruity tasty side dish for any occasion.
In a large mixing bowl, stir together 1 (8) ounce Cool Whip and 1 (3) ounce orange gelatin together until no white streaks are in the mixture.
To the gelatin mixture, add 1 (14) ounce can, mandarin oranges, 1½ cups mini marshmallows, 1 cup cottage cheese , and 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut. Mix until well combined.
For best results, refrigerate the salad for at least 1 hour up to 12 hours to blend flavors. Top wit additional mandarin orange slices for optional garnish.
