A tangy low-fat and low-calorie salad dressing! Made with champagne vinegar, avocado oil and agave. This is fabulous on salads, veggies, even as a marinade for chicken and other meat dishes. Once prepared, this will keep in the fridge for about a week!
Combine champagne vinegar, shallots, garlic, Dijon mustard, maple syrup, black pepper, and salt in the blender. While the blender is running, slowly add the avocado oil to blend ingredients.
Taste for seasoning. If needed, adjust the seasoning.
Serve over your favorite salad.
