Roast Beef Tortilla Rollups have the perfect combination of creamy, savory, and fresh flavors. Tender slices of roast beef in a soft tortilla with a flavorful cream cheese spread and fresh spinach for a delicious and easy appetizer or snack. Perfect for parties, lunchboxes, or a quick make-ahead meal.
In a small mixing bowl, mix together 8 ounces whipped cream cheese, 2 stalks diced green onions, 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning, ½ teaspoon garlic salt, and ½ teaspoon black pepper . Set aside. ( Note 1)
How to Make Roast Beef Tortilla Rollups
Evenly distribute the cream cheese spread on each of the 5 large tortilla wraps tortilla.
Place 2-3 pieces of the 1½ pound sliced roast beef on each tortilla.
Evenly sprinkle 2 cups baby spinach on the roast beef.
Sprinkle even amounts of the 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese over the baby spinach.
Roll each tortilla up tightly.
Slice and serve the tortillas. To serve later, see notes.
