- 5 large tortilla wraps Spinach is used for this wrap
- 1½ pound sliced roast beef delicatessen style
- 2 cups baby spinach
- 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
How to make Cream Cheese Spread
- In a small mixing bowl, mix together 8 ounces whipped cream cheese, 2 stalks diced green onions, 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning, ½ teaspoon garlic salt, and ½ teaspoon black pepper . Set aside. ( Note 1)
How to Make Roast Beef Tortilla Rollups
- Evenly distribute the cream cheese spread on each of the 5 large tortilla wraps tortilla.
- Place 2-3 pieces of the 1½ pound sliced roast beef on each tortilla.
- Evenly sprinkle 2 cups baby spinach on the roast beef.
- Sprinkle even amounts of the 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese over the baby spinach.
- Roll each tortilla up tightly.
- Slice and serve the tortillas. To serve later, see notes.
