To prepare the seasoning mix, in a small mixing bowl, whisk together 1 envelope dry Italian seasoning mix, ¼ teaspoon paprika, ¼ teaspoon black pepper, ¼ teaspoon onion powder, and ¼ teaspoon garlic powder Set aside.
In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine 1 pound baby potatoes (halved) with 2 Tablespoons of olive oil and half of the prepared seasoning mix.
Put the seasoned potatoes in a single layer in one area on the sheet pan.
Place the sheet pan in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. While the potatoes are cooking, prepare the other ingredients.
In a seperate medium-sized mixing bowl, combine 1 pound fresh green beans (trimmed) and the remaining 2 Tablespoons of olive oil, and the remaining prepared seasoning mix. Set aside
Make a honey glaze for the ham slices. In a small mixing bowl whisk together the remaining envelope of Italian dressing mix with brown sugar, honey, and water.
When 30 minutes of cooking the potatoes is complete, remove the sheet pan from the oven. Slice each ham steak in half and layer on the sheet pan, next to the potatoes.
Brush each slice of ham with the honey glaze.
Add the prepared green beans in a single layer on the sheet pan.
Return the sheet pan to the oven to continue cooking for another 15 minutes. The potatoes and green beans should be fork tender and the ham steaks golden brown.

Use any color of baby potato. If you decide to use larger potatoes, be sure to cut them into around 1-inch slices so they cook in 40 minutes.
Switch up the veggies and use broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, or asparagus.
If the ham and green beans have cooked faster than the potatoes, remove and keep the veggies warm on the side and let the potatoes continue cooking.
