👩🏻🍳 Eileen's Tips for Success
- Make sure that you use a large-rimmed baking sheet to make this delicious meal so that the juices don't run off into your oven and make a mess,
- Lining your baking sheet with parchment paper will make clean-up much easier.
- The leftover ham is great frozen. However, I don't recommend freezing the leftover potatoes as they become mushy when reheated.
📖 Variations
Do you want to change up this recipe? Here are some ways that you increase the flavor of this dish.
- Not a fan of green beans? Swap them out and use Brussels sprouts instead. You will need to increase the baking time by a couple of minutes to ensure they are fully cooked.
- For a little extra sweetness on this easy sheet pan dinner try adding pineapple rings to the top of the ham slices.
- A sprinkle of fresh thyme would add a nice pop of flavor to the potatoes and green beans. You can also garnish them with fresh parsley.
- I used the small Yukon gold potatoes, but the red potatoes or even the purple potatoes will also work for this easy ham meal.
❄️ Make ahead, storage, and freezer tips
Make ahead - In a hurry for your dinner? Prep all the ingredients in the morning so that when you get home you can get the dish into the oven right away.
Storage - Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. To reheat, simply place the tray back into a preheated oven at 375°F for about 10 minutes or until warmed through.
Freezer - If you have ham leftovers that you don't want to eat within 3 days, you can also freeze them for up to 2 months. Thaw overnight in the fridge before reheating.

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F/177°C.
- In a small mixing bowl, whisk to combine 1 envelope of dry Italian dressing mix with the paprika, black pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. Set aside.
- In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the potatoes with 2 Tablespoons of olive oil and half of the prepared seasoning mix.
- Put the seasoned potatoes in a single layer in one area on the sheet pan.
- Place the sheet pan in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. While the potatoes are cooking, prepare the other ingredients.
- In a seperate medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the green beans with 2 Tablespoons of olive oil and the remaining prepared seasoning mix. Set aside
- Make a honey glaze for the ham slices. In a small mixing bowl whisk together the remaining envelope of Italian dressing mix with brown sugar, honey, and water.

- Return the sheet pan to the oven to continue cooking for another 15 minutes. The potatoes and green beans should be fork tender and the ham steaks golden brown.

NOTES
- Use any color of baby potato. If you decide to use larger potatoes, be sure to cut them into around 1-inch slices so they cook in 40 minutes.
- Switch up the veggies and use broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, or asparagus.
- If the ham and green beans have cooked faster than the potatoes, remove and keep the veggies warm on the side and let the potatoes continue cooking.
