These Sheet Pan Chicken Fajitas are super easy to make and perfect for a weeknight meal! Simply toss everything onto one pan and bake. The chicken is juicy and flavorful, and the veggies are nice and crispy. Serve with some warm tortillas and your favorite toppings, and you've got a delicious meal that everyone will love!

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Spray baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Evenly place sliced chicken, peppers, and onion on the sheet pan.
  3. Drizzle your olive oil over the fajitas. Mix together.
  4. Evenly distribute the fajita seasoning over the chicken, onions, and peppers. Mix together.
  5. Bake in the oven at 450 degrees for about 12 minutes.
  6. Serve either on low-carb tortillas or flour tortillas with optional toppings.

Do you want to change up this recipe? Here are some ways that you increase the flavor of this dish.

  • Try using different kinds of peppers, like poblano peppers, for a different flavor.
  • For the red onions, change it up and use Vidalia onions, yellow onions,or Spanish onions.
