    These Sheet Pan Chicken Fajitas are super easy to make and perfect for a weeknight meal. Simply toss everything onto one pan and bake. The chicken is juicy and flavorful, and the veggies are nice and crispy. Serve with some warm tortillas and your favorite toppings, and you've got a delicious meal that everyone will love!

    • 12 ounces boneless chicken breasts, sliced into thin strips about 2 inch strips, ¼ inch thick

    • 1 small red onion, peeled and sliced thin
    • 2 Tablespoons olive oil

      I love how easy this is and it's ready in about 30 minutes. Perfect for a busy weeknight and an easy way to feed my hungry boys. Plus cleanup is easy too. Great recipe!
