These Slow Cooker Birria Sliders are so flavorful and easy!! Perfectly seasoned, tender shredded beef, melty cheese and toppings get piled on soft hawaiian rolls and dipped into that delicious broth! These are always a favorite!

Instructions
To the slow cooker, 2 pounds stew beef, 1 small onion, chopped, 3 cloves minced garlic , 1 ounce envelope, birria seasoning packet, and 1 cup beef stock.
Slow cook on low for 4 to 6 hours until the stew beef is fork tender. Shred the beef with forks or beef claws.
Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C.
Slice the 12 count Hawaiian rolls in half and place them in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Add the 6 slices Colby Jack cheese on top of the bottom half of the rolls.
Top the cheese with the shredded beef and any toppings such as 1 Tablespoon chopped parsley or cilantro, 1 medium sliced red onion, or 1 large jalapeno, sliced.
Place the top half of the rolls on.
In a small microwave safe bowl in 30 second intervals melt 2 Tablespoons unsalted butter½ teaspoon garlic salt, and 3 Tablespoons chopped parsley or cilantro.
Brush the butter on the top of the rolls and bake for 12-15 minutes until the cheese is melted.
Serve with the cooking liquid from the slow cooker for dipping and 1 medium lime, sliced for squeezing over the meat.
