In a large mixing bowl, combine 16 ounces cream cheese and 1 cup mayonnaiseuntil smooth. A hand mixer with beaters attached can be used to beat the ingredients.
Add 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, 1 cup diced jalapenos , 1 cup crumbled cooked bacon, ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, ½ teaspoon onion powder, ½ teaspoon smoked paprika, ¼ teaspoon salt, and ¼ teaspoon black pepper. Mix well to ensure even distribution of ingredients.
Transfer the mixture to the slow cooker. Evenly spread out the mixture.
Cook on low heat for 2 hours, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking to the sides.
Once the dip is hot and bubbly, switch the slow cooker to the "warm" setting for serving.
Serve the jalapeno popper dip with Tortilla chips or sliced baguette for serving.
