Thanks for sharing this awesome Avocado salad dressing! I love avocado and try to use it in all my dishes, but this is the first time I've seen a salad dressing recipe. So thanks for sharing! 🙂

This dressing looks so yummy - and I havent seen an avocado buttermilk one before! Healthy and rich - I totally want to try this out. Also - I have a pair of those scissors and dont know what I did without them! Genius invention!

Well shooot! I have those scissors in red and had NO IDEA that's what I was supposed to be using them for. I'm sure I have wrecked them now..I have been using them to shred paper for years 🙁

Question: If perhaps you weren't a hug fan of avocado (like my kids) could you actually taste the avocado?
I am toying with making this dressing and am hoping that the kids would love it.

That is so funny about the scissors!
My oldest hates avocado, so I don't advise him of the addition. I say it is the herbs that add the color. He requests it for his chipotle chicken all the time and he has no idea there is avocado in it.... ssshhh I will not tell your son either 🙂 enjoy!

It looks like a great dressing, but I don't see avocados listed in the ingredients.

Lori, I cannot believe I had originally left out the avocado. Recipe has been adjusted to reflect the ingredient. whoops!
