This Slow Cooker ChickenCordon Bleu is a delicious and cheesy dinner. Chicken breasts slow cook with cubed ham and swiss cheese. Topped with a creamy sauce and stuffing mix this is a slow cooker twist on a classic. So delicious and a real crowd pleaser
Season 1 ½ pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts with ¼ teaspoon kosher salt and ½ teaspoon black pepper add the chicken to the slow cooker.
Top the chicken with 1 pound diced cooked ham 8 ounces chopped Swiss cheese cheese.
In a small bowl, mix 10.5 ounces homemade cream of chicken soup and 8 ounces sour cream . Spread the soup mixture all over the top of the chicken mixture in the slow cooker vessel.
Sprinkle 1 (6) ounce box, stuffing mix over the sauce mixture.
Drizzle ½ cup water over the stuffing mix.
Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 4 hours.
