- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 pound diced cooked ham
- 8 ounces chopped Swiss cheese
- 10.5 ounces homemade cream of chicken soup or canned cream of chicken soup
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1 (6) ounce box, stuffing mix Note 1
- ½ cup water
Instructions
- Season 1 ½ pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts with ¼ teaspoon salt and ½ teaspoon black pepper add the chicken to the slow cooker.
- Top the chicken with 1 pound diced cooked ham 8 ounces chopped Swiss cheese cheese.
- In a small bowl, mix 10.5 ounces homemade cream of chicken soup and 8 ounces sour cream . Spread the soup mixture all over the top of the chicken mixture in the slow cooker vessel.
- Sprinkle 1 (6) ounce box, stuffing mix over the sauce mixture.
- Drizzle ½ cup water over the stuffing mix.
