- 1 large green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
- 1 large red pepper, seeded and chopped
- ⅓ cup yellow onion, peeled and chopped
- 1 pound skinless boneless chicken breast, chopped into 1-inch pieces
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- ⅛ cup orange juice
- 3 Tablespoons cornstarch
- 3 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons soy sauce for this recipe, we use low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 Tablespoon ginger paste
- 1 (20) ounce can, pineapple tidbits in juice, drained
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into your slow cooker. Stir well to mix.
