    Step 1: Muddle the strawberries with honey in a cocktail shaker until they release all their natural juices.

    Step 2: Add the tequila and grapefruit juice to the shaker and vigorously shake to blend all the ingredients.

    Step 3: Fill 4 glasses with ice and pour the Paloma cocktail over the ice until ¾ full.

    Step 4: Finish with ginger beer to top it off.

    Optional, garnish with a strawberry slice, lime wedge, rosemary sprig, or mint leaves. Serve.
