- Preheat grill to medium-high heat, about 475°F/246°C.
- Rub 1 teaspoon olive oil evenly on the 4 (5 - 6) ounce bone-in pork chops.
- In a small mixing bowl, whisk together ½ teaspoon chili powder, ½ teaspoon garlic salt, ½ teaspoon onion powder, and ½ teaspoon black pepper. Season the pork chops with the spice mix.
- Reduce the heat on the grill to 400°F/204°C. Grill the pork chops for 8 to 12 minutes per side until the internal temperature reaches 145°F/63°C.
- Remove pork chops from the grill and let them rest for at least 5 minutes to allow the juices to set. Serve with tomatillo salsa.
