Eileen's Tips for Perfect Cosmic Christmas Tree Brownies
- Make sure that you line your baking dish with parchment paper. This will allow you to remove the brownies smoothly and cleanly.
- Be careful not to overmix the brownie batter after adding the flour. You want to mix it until just combined.
- Don't overbake the brownies; otherwise, you end up with dry brownies. So, watch them closely in the oven.

Do you want to change up this recipe? Here are some ways to change the flavor of this dish.
- Candy Melts: Can't find green candy melts? You can use red or even chocolate melts instead. They will still work the same.
- Rainbow Chips: If you can't find the rainbow chips, you can also use rainbow sprinkles.
- Cookie Cutter: Don't have a Christmas tree cookie cutter? Use a triangle cookie cutter instead.
- Holiday: This recipe works with any holiday; change the icing color and the cookie cutter shape.
- Ganache: A homemade frosting or store-bought frosting can be used for the brownies
