    These Easter Jello Shot Cups are a great way to add something special to your Easter table for the adults. Looking for an adult-friendly option, these shot cups are perfect. Not only are they fun to make and look beautiful, but they also taste amazing.

    For a non-alcoholic version, leave out the vodka.

    • Lemon Starburst Gelatin
    • Grape Gelatin

    Steps to make the first level of lemon gelatin for vodka easter shots.

    Step 1:Line the shot cups up on a baking sheet that will fit them. No lids.

    Step 2: Mix yellow gelatin in a medium-sized mixing bowl and add ½ cup boiling water. Mix until well combined and no graininess remains.

    Step 3: Add ¾ cup vodka and ½ cup cold water to the bowl. Mix well.

    Step 4: Fill each shot cup a third of the way.

    Step 5: Place in the refrigerator for an hour or until solidified.

    Step 6: Repeat steps 2-4, using the grape gelatin.

    Step 6: Once the grape gelatin is solid, repeat steps 2-4 for the pink gelatin.

    Step 7: When the last layer has solidified, top with whipped cream, if desired, and enjoy.

    Storage - Store these vodka gelatin shots in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.

    Freezing - If you wish to freeze the jello shots, wrap each one tightly in plastic wrap before placing them into a freezer bag or container. They can be stored frozen for up to 3 months.
