How to make Greek Yogurt Flatbread

- Whisk together dry ingredients, all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, Italian seasoning, and salt.
- Add Greek yogurt to the dry ingredients and mix well. Use your hands and gently knead the dough into a ball.
- Cover the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- On a floured work surface, divide the dough into four equal pieces. Roll out into four small, smooth dough balls.
- Over medium heat, warm a skillet or griddle with oil.
- Cook 1-2 flatbreads at a time (depending on your skillet size) for approximately 1 minute on each side, or until they are golden brown.
- Remove cooked flatbread. Repeat steps until all flatbreads have been made.
- Serve on its own with butter or olive oil. Great with soup, curry, stew, falafel, gyros, etc. Make flatbread pizza.
Storage and Freezer Tips
Store the bread on a countertop at room temperature in an airtight covered container, plastic storage bag, or wrapped in plastic wrap for up to four to five days. The bread does not need to be refrigerated.
