This Air Fryer Crunchwrap Supreme is a copycat version of the beloved Taco Bell menu item. It starts with a soft tortilla that’s filled with seasoned beef, nacho cheese sauce, crunchy tostada shells, and a flavorful mix of vegetables like tomatoes, and lettuce. All these ingredients are then wrapped up into a burrito-like package and air-fried until golden and crispy on the outside.
The result is a delicious and healthier alternative to a fast food favorite that takes just minutes to make! Serve it with your favorite salsa or hot sauce for an extra spicy kick.

💭 Eileen's Tips for Success
- Drain as much grease from the ground beef as possible so that your meat is not greasy.
- I've found that to get the best texture from the meat you can use a Chop N Stir to press it into small pieces.
- Don't forget to spray your air fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray so that it doesn't stick.
- Make sure to spray the tortilla with cooking spray or brush it with oil so that the tortilla crisps up nicely.

📖 Variations
Do you want to change up this recipe? Here are some ways that you increase the flavor of this dish.
- Add beans or corn for additional texture and flavor.
- Swap out the beef for pulled pork, shredded chicken, or even ground turkey.
- Top with jalapenos or your favorite hot sauce for a spicier kick.
- Replace the tostada shells with Doritos for an extra crunch!
- Add some of your favorite taco toppings like guacamole or salsa.
⭐ Make ahead, storage, and freezer tips
Make ahead - You can cook the beef ahead and store it in the refrigerator, but I recommend that you only assemble and air fry the crunch wraps when you are ready to cook them to prevent them from becoming soggy.
Storage - Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator in a covered airtight container for up to 3 days.
Freezer - If you want to freeze this recipe, I recommend assembling the crunch wraps first and then freezing them on a sheet pan until solid. Once solid, transfer them to a freezer-safe bag or container and store them for up to 3 months. However, they will most likely become soggy if frozen.
