Whiskey Caramel White Chocolate Fudge

- ¼ cup unsalted butter
- 4 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 Tablespoon whiskey
- 14 ounce can, sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup crushed pretzels, divided divided into ¼, ½, ¼
- 1 cup caramel bits, divided divided into ¼, ½, ¼
- dash ground cinnamon, garnish
Instructions
- Line a 9" x 6" baking pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, add the butter, white chocolate chips, and condensed milk and stir until melted.
- Mix the whiskey into the fudge mixture. Stir well.
- Mix in 1⁄4 cup each of caramel bits and crushed pretzel into the fudge. Pour half of the fudge mixture into the prepared baking pan.
- Then, sprinkle ½ cup each of caramel bits and crushed pretzels on top of the fudge in the pan.
- Pour the other half of the fudge on top of the pretzels and caramel bits in the pan.
- Sprinkle the remaining crushed pretzels and caramel bits on top of the fudge.
- Sprinkle cinnamon over the top of the fudge.
- Place the pan in the fridge to harden, overnight.
