    • white chocolate chips
    • strawberry cake mix
    • sweetened condensed milk

    1. Line a 9" x 5" baking dish with parchment paper.

    Strawberry Fudge

    1. In a medium bowl, whisk the cake mix and sweetened condensed milk together until combined.
    2. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, mix the strawberry/sweetened condensed milk mixture and white chocolate chips.
    3. Use a rubber spatula to mix the fudge until smooth.
    4. Pour the strawberry fudge into the baking dish and spread evenly.

    White Chocolate Fudge

    1. Use the same medium saucepan, over medium heat combine the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract.
    2. Use the rubber spatula, mix until smooth.
    3. Pour the white chocolate fudge over the strawberry fudge and smooth it evenly.
    4. If using the sprinkles, top the fudge with Valentine's sprinkles.
    5. Allow the fudge to firm up overnight in the refrigerator before cutting into 1 ½-2 inch squares.

    Storage

    Store in an airtight container for up to one week at room temperature or up to two weeks in the fridge.

    Expert Tip: Be sure to stir the chocolate chip mixture while they are melting on the stove. If you don't, they can get clumpy and seize up.
