    Ingredients

    • 2 cups granulated sugar
    • 1 cup water
    • 3 ½ cups strawberries frozen
    • 2 Tablespoons lemon juice

    Instructions

    • In a medium-sized saucepan, make a simple syrup by adding 2 cups granulated sugar and 1 cup water Mix well over medium heat until the sugar dissolves. Remove the pan from the heat. Set aside to let cool.
    • Add 3 ½ cups strawberries, 2 Tablespoons lemon juice, and cooled simple syrup into a blender. Blend on high speed until completely smooth.
    • Transfer the strawberry mixture into a loaf pan and spread evenly.
    • Place loaf pan in the freezer for at least 5 hours or overnight until frozen.
    • Scoop and serve the strawberry sorbet in a serving bowl.
