How to Make Turkey Cranberry Sliders, Step by Step

Cranberry Turkey Sliders

Equipment Needed:
Ingredients
- 1 (12) count package Hawaiian rolls
- 3 Tablespoons mayonnaise
- 3 cups cooked turkey (sliced or shredded)
- 6 slices Gouda cheese
- ¾ cup whole berry cranberry sauce
- 2 Tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon light brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- ½ teaspoon fresh rosemary (finely chopped)
- non-stick cooking spray or unsalted butter to grease the bottom of baking pan
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F. Lightly grease with butter or non-stick cooking spray the bottom of a 9x13” baking dish. Set aside.
- Slice the 1 (12) count package Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom half in the baking dish.
- Spread 3 Tablespoons mayonnaise evenly over the bottom half of the rolls. Layer with 3 cups cooked turkey, then 6 slices Gouda cheeseand then spread ¾ cup whole berry cranberry sauce over the top. Place the top half of the rolls over the filling. Set aside.
- In a microwave-safe small mixing bowl, melt 2 Tablespoons unsalted butter. Add 1 teaspoon light brown sugar, 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce, and ½ teaspoon fresh rosemary Whisk together until combined. Brush evenly over the tops of the rolls.
- Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Remove the aluminum foil and bake for an additional 8 to 10 minutes or until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Let cool slightly before slicing into individual sliders. Serve warm and enjoy!
