Instructions

- Scoop out about 1 cup of ice cream per ball from the ice cream carton. Mold into a ball and place in a muffin tin. Place in the freezer for 1 hour.
- Remove from the freezer and coat each ball in the flour. Return to the freezer for 1 hour.
- In a medium bowl, add egg whites and whisk egg white until foamy.
- Remove and roll each ball in the egg whites. Then coat with the cereal. Place back into the freezer for 4 hours or overnight.
- Remove and set ice cream balls on an aluminum foil tray in the air fryer basket.
- Cook at 350°F for 2 minutes. Remove from the air fryer basket.

- Remove the ice cream rolls from the freezer, and roll each ball in the whisked egg whites. Then coat the ice cream rolls in 3 cups Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal, crushed . Place back into the freezer for 4 hours or overnight.
- Remove and set ice cream balls on an aluminum foil tray in the air fryer basket.
- Air fryer at 350°F for 2 minutes. Remove from the air fryer basket.
- Serve the ice cream topped with hot fudge, whipped topping, and maraschino cherries. Enjoy!
