    Frequently Asked Questions

Can you put ice cream in an air fryer?

Yes, you can! This recipe is a great example of how to do it.

How do you fry ice cream without it melting?

The key is to make sure your ice cream is frozen solid before you start frying. You also want to work quickly so the heat doesn't have a chance to melt the ice cream.

What's the best way to keep fried ice cream from sticking?

The best way to prevent sticking is to make sure your ice cream is well coated in crushed cereal.

    Variations

    • Try different flavors of ice cream. Chocolate, strawberry, or mint chocolate chips would all be delicious!
    • Use different cereals for coating. Corn flakes or graham crackers would both be tasty.
    • Add some extract to the flour for extra flavor. Try almond or vanilla extract.
    • Try different toppings. Chocolate sauce, caramel, or fruit would all be good choices.
