- Preheat the air fryer to 400F/200°C.
- Use a colander, drain the chickpeas, rinse the beans, pat dry using a paper towel. Rinse then rinse them.

- In a medium-sized bowl, mix chickpeas, olive oil, salt, garlic powder, and rosemary, and stir until the chickpeas are evenly coated.

- Place the chickpeas in the air fryer and cook for 15 minutes or until the chickpeas are crispy and brown. Be sure to stir them halfway through cooking.

- Sprinkle additional garlic powder and salt over the air fried chickpeas.

- Allow the chickpeas to cool completely.

Storage - Store air-fried crisy chickpeas in an airtight container or storage bag for up to one week.
If you like to eat your air fryer roasted chickpeas warm, you can return them to the air fryer at 350°F/180°C for 2 to 3 minutes or until they are warm again.
I do not recommend freezing these as they can become soggy.
